What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
-Check underneath all packaging materials.
-Check the estimated ship date on Orders page. Your preorder item may not be due to ship yet.
How do I report a missing item?
-Visit drop.com/support.
-Select transaction ID and provide a description of the missing item. To help us review the issue, we may also ask for supporting documentation, like a photo of your packing slip or any SKU stickers on the merchandise.
A member of our support team will be in touch as soon as possible. Please report missing items to Drop Support within 2 weeks of delivered date.
