Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours after checkout for in-stock items, or up until pre-order ships. You may review your order at any time by going to your transactions page here.
Non-Drop-branded products are final sale. In the event that a product arrives damaged, defective, not as advertised, or missing components, please contact Drop Support within 30 days of delivery.
For third-party products not already in stock, we place the group’s order with the vendor, who prepares it for shipment to our warehouse. Once the group’s order is received, our warehouse team repackages it into individual orders for shipment to you.
