If you would like to remove your personal information from Drop, please contact Drop Support. Be sure to select "My issue isn't listed" from the dropdown menu when you create your ticket and in the comment section ask for your personal information to be erased. Be aware that this will also delete your account from Drop.
Before submitting a Support ticket, please make sure that you have no pending transactions and that you download digital copies of all your transaction receipts. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access this information.
