Drop Studio Warranty Overview
- Warranty periods vary by product. Drop Studio keyboards and headphones have a minimum one-year Drop warranty.
- This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, except where prohibited by applicable local law.
- If we determine that you have received a defective Drop Studio unit, then we will provide you with a free prepaid return label (both international and US customers) for a replacement. To begin the process, simply open the support chat using the widget on this page or the help center home page.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Any modifications, abuse, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
- Any improper operations, including use not in accordance with supplied product instructions
- Connection to any improper voltage supplies
- Any other cause not related to a product defect in materials or workmanship
Standard RMA
This is a return process in which you receive a replacement product only after your shipment has processed at our facility.
Once a support employee has approved the exchange, you will receive an RMA number and a label via email.
Once we have received the defective product, the replacement product will be sent to you. It usually takes a few business days to process your return, plus the shipping time for the new unit to reach you.
Third Party Products
