How do I locate my order?
Confirmed orders is visible at drop.com/transactions. If you don't see your order, please be sure you're logged into the correct Drop account.
Check for a confirmation email. Don't see your order confirmation email? It's possible your spam folder caught it, or you've entered in the incorrect email address at checkout. Please note we aren't able to resend confirmation emails, so please contact Drop Support if you need help locating your order.

If you checked out as Guest, you may gain access to your Drop account by resetting your password under "Log In" on the Drop homepage.
What does reserved for shipment mean?
Your order is transmitted to the warehouse for processing.
When will I receive my tracking number?
The estimated shipping date can be found at the bottom of every product page under “Shipping."
You'll receive an email that includes your tracking number once your order has shipped from our New Jersey, US warehouse. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for additional tracking information to update.
What if I paid for expedited or express shipping?
Expedited/express shipping begins once your package has shipped out from our warehouse.
